When you submit the contact form, we receive:

• your email address and country
• the message you write

To protect the form from abuse, we also record the date and time of submission, the IP address it came from and how long the page was open before it was sent. If you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and prepare a possible engagement, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not:

• sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing
• add you to marketing lists without your consent

If we work together, we may share relevant details with the organisations you ask us to engage with, and only for that purpose.

3. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies or use advertising trackers. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when the page loads.

Enquiries are delivered by email to VMG and kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement. We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.
